The Pines, a residential subdivision was developed by C.P. Morgan Company, Inc. between 1987 and 1989. The developer turned the community over the Homeowners Association in 1989. All owners of lots in The Pines automatically become members of The Pines Homeowners’ Association, Inc., an Indiana Not-For-Profit Corporation.
The Pines is located in Hamilton County, Delaware Township, Fishers, Indiana on 96th street between Allisonville Road and Interstate 69. There are 123 homes in the community.
The Pines’ fire hydrant and water supply is provided by Indianapolis Water Company. Duke of Indianapolis provides electricity. Vectren provides natural gas. The Town of Fishers provides sewage service.
Trash service is NOT covered by the HOA and is offered by independent vendors for which the owner is responsible for contracting service.
All streets, except driveways and limited common area streets, have been dedicated to the public and are maintained by the Town of Fishers. Sidewalks are the responsibility of the homeowner.
